This week we celebrate the language of Tonga.

Here are some basic words for you to learn along our kids.  Numbers, days of the week and months of the year.

Some words and phrases in the Tongan Language.

Malo e lelei = Hello.
Fefe hake = How are you?
Sai pe = I am fine.
Malo e lava mai - Thank you for coming.
Ko hai ha higoa? = What is you name?
Ko (name) au = My name is ____________ or
Ko hoku hingoa au __________ = My name is _______________.
Malo au'pito - Thank you alot.
Fakamalolo = Excuse/PLease.
Mou faka'au a e = Goodbye to people leaving.
